This Website is an informational, promotional, and creative website or section of a website for Sisters East Records, a record-label division of Sisters Regional operating in connection with the Sisters East creative group.

Sisters East Records is a record-label division of Sisters Regional, operating in connection with Sisters East and within the broader organizational structure of Sisters Regional. It is managed and supported by Gio Celenza MGMT.

Sisters East Records is not presented through this Website as a corporation, registered company, incorporated business, or formally established record-label corporation.

2. Sisters East Records, Sisters Regional, and Gio Celenza MGMT

Sisters East Records is a record-label division of Sisters Regional and operates in connection with Sisters East within the broader organizational structure of Gio Celenza MGMT.

Gio Celenza MGMT may provide management, administrative, organizational, website, promotional, or other support to Sisters East Records and Sisters Regional.

Sisters Regional serves as the parent division for Sisters East and the other regional Sisters content groups. Content created specifically for, on behalf of, or as part of Sisters East or another Sisters Regional content group may be owned by Sisters Regional in accordance with the applicable organizational structure and agreements.

The involvement of Gio Celenza MGMT does not necessarily mean that Gio Celenza MGMT directly owns Sisters East Records, its name, music, artwork, graphics, or other creative works.

Ownership and applicable rights in individual creative works may remain with the applicable creator, Sisters Regional, Sisters East Records, or another rights holder, depending on the nature of the work and any applicable agreement.

The creation or maintenance of the Website by Gio Celenza MGMT does not, by itself, establish ownership of Sisters East Records or any particular creative work.

Nothing on this Website should be interpreted as creating a formal corporate, employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship merely because Sisters East Records is managed or supported by Gio Celenza MGMT or operates within the Sisters Regional structure.

3. Relationship to Sisters East and Sisters Regional

Sisters East Records is associated with the Sisters East creative group and operates within the broader Sisters Regional organizational structure.

Sisters East is a regional content group under Sisters Regional. Sisters East Records is a record-label division of Sisters Regional connected to Sisters East and may feature or distribute music and other creative works associated with the group.

The record-label project and the broader Sisters East creative group may have different purposes, activities, content, and creative works.

Content created specifically for, on behalf of, or as part of Sisters East may be owned by Sisters Regional in accordance with the applicable organizational structure and agreements.

Information or content relating to Sisters East does not necessarily constitute content owned by Sisters East Records, and content relating to Sisters East Records does not necessarily constitute content owned directly by Sisters East.

4. Website Content

The Website may contain:

• Music;

• Album, EP, and single information;

• Music videos;

• Official audio;

• Lyric videos;

• Photographs;

• Artwork and graphics;

• Artist information;

• Written content;

• Social media links;

• YouTube and SoundCloud content; and

• Other creative or promotional materials.

Content may be added, changed, relocated, or removed at any time.

5. Ownership and Rights

Sisters East Records does not necessarily own every piece of content displayed on the Website.

Music, artwork, photographs, videos, graphics, names, logos, and other creative works may belong to Sisters Regional, Sisters East Records, individual artists or creators, producers, collaborators, members of Sisters East, or other applicable rights holders, depending on the nature of the work and any applicable agreement.

Content created specifically for, on behalf of, or as part of Sisters East may be owned by Sisters Regional in accordance with the organizational structure and applicable agreements.

Individual creators may retain ownership of personal or independent creative works that are not created specifically for, on behalf of, or as part of Sisters East or another Sisters Regional content group.

Visitors should not assume that content displayed on the Website is owned by Sisters East Records unless ownership is specifically indicated.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership or intellectual-property rights from one person or rights holder to another.

6. Music Distribution & Royalties

Music released through Gio Celenza MGMT, its associated labels, or associated projects may be distributed to digital streaming services, download stores, and other music platforms through third-party music distributors, including RouteNote.

RouteNote may facilitate the delivery of releases to participating digital music services and may provide royalty collection, reporting, and related distribution services in accordance with its applicable agreements and policies.

The specific platforms on which a release becomes available may vary depending on the distribution service, release eligibility, territory, platform requirements, and other applicable factors.

Royalties generated through distributed music are subject to the applicable distribution agreement, platform fees or commissions, taxes, adjustments, and other applicable deductions. Artists and rights holders should review the applicable RouteNote terms and agreements for the specific financial terms governing their release.

Use of a third-party distributor does not, by itself, transfer ownership of the underlying copyright in music to Gio Celenza MGMT, RouteNote, or a digital music service. Ownership and other rights remain with the applicable rights holder unless otherwise established by a separate written agreement.

7. Use of Website Content

Visitors may view and access the Website and its content for personal, informational, and non-commercial purposes.

Unless permission has been provided by the applicable rights holder, visitors should not:

• Copy or reproduce music, artwork, photographs, videos, or other creative works for unauthorized purposes;
