Sisters East Records is a record-label division of Sisters Regional, operating in connection with the Sisters East creative group.

This Copyright & Content Removal Policy explains how copyright concerns, ownership questions, and requests to remove content from the Sisters East Records website or related pages may be submitted.

1. About Sisters East Records

Sisters East Records is an independent creative record-label project associated with the Sisters East creative group and operating within the broader Sisters Regional organizational structure.

Sisters Regional is a division of Gio Celenza MGMT and serves as the parent division for regional Sisters content groups, including Sisters East.

Sisters East Records is managed and supported by Gio Celenza MGMT.

The Sisters East Records website or related page was created by Gio Celenza MGMT.

Sisters East Records may display or promote music, artwork, photographs, videos, graphics, written material, and other creative works belonging to Sisters Regional, Sisters East Records, individual artists, creators, collaborators, or other rights holders.

The presence of content on the Website does not necessarily mean that Sisters East Records or Gio Celenza MGMT owns that content.

2. Copyright Ownership

Copyright and other applicable rights in creative works may belong to Sisters Regional, Sisters East Records, individual creators, artists, producers, collaborators, or other applicable rights holders, depending on the nature of the work and any applicable agreement.

Content created specifically for, on behalf of, or as part of Sisters East may be owned by Sisters Regional in accordance with the applicable organizational structure and agreements.

Individual creators may retain ownership of personal or independent creative works that are not created specifically for, on behalf of, or as part of Sisters East or another Sisters Regional content group.

This may include rights relating to:

• Songs and musical compositions;

• Sound recordings;

• Album and EP artwork;

• Photographs;

• Music videos;

• Lyric videos;

• Graphics and designs;

• Written material;

• Logos and branding;

• Promotional materials; and

• Other original creative works.

The creation or maintenance of the Website by Gio Celenza MGMT does not, by itself, transfer ownership of Sisters East Records, Sisters Regional, Sisters East, its music, or other creative works to Gio Celenza MGMT.

3. Unauthorized Use of Content

Visitors should not reproduce, redistribute, re-upload, modify, sell, commercially exploit, or otherwise use copyrighted material displayed on the Website without appropriate authorization from the applicable rights holder.

This includes music, artwork, photographs, videos, graphics, and other original creative materials.

Normal sharing functions provided by third-party platforms, such as YouTube or SoundCloud, may be used where permitted by those platforms.

4. Reporting Copyright Concerns

Requests will be reviewed and considered in good faith.

A request does not automatically guarantee that content will be removed.

6. Verification of Requests

We may request additional information when necessary to determine whether a request is legitimate or whether the requesting individual has authority to make the request.

For example, we may ask for information demonstrating that you are the creator, copyright owner, authorized representative, or otherwise have a legitimate interest in the material.

We will attempt to avoid requesting unnecessary personal information.

7. Review and Possible Actions

After receiving a copyright or content removal request, we may review the relevant material and circumstances.

Depending on the situation, we may:

• Remove or temporarily disable access to the material;

• Correct or update information;

• Contact the relevant artist, creator, or rights holder;

• Request additional information;

• Decline the request where there is insufficient basis for removal; or

• Take another appropriate action based on the circumstances.

There is no guarantee that every request will result in removal.

8. Third-Party Platforms

Sisters East Records may distribute, display, or promote content through third-party platforms such as YouTube and SoundCloud.

If the material at issue is hosted directly by a third-party platform rather than by the Sisters East Records Website, you may also need to submit a copyright or content complaint directly to that platform.

Sisters East Records does not control the policies, procedures, or decisions of third-party platforms.

Third-Party Music Distribution

Music released through Gio Celenza MGMT, its associated labels, or associated projects may be distributed through third-party music distribution services, including RouteNote, to digital streaming services, download stores, and other music platforms.

Distribution through a third-party distributor does not, by itself, transfer ownership of the underlying copyright. Copyright and other applicable rights remain with the applicable artist, creator, label, or other rights holder, subject to any separate written agreement governing those rights.

Because distributed content may be delivered to and hosted by third-party platforms, the availability and removal of a release may be subject to the policies, procedures, and requirements of the applicable distributor and digital music service.

Copyright and Content Removal Requests

If you believe that music or other content distributed through Gio Celenza MGMT or an associated label infringes your copyright or other applicable rights, you may submit a copyright or content removal request using the contact information provided in this policy.

Where the content has been distributed through a third-party distributor or is hosted by a third-party digital music service, Gio Celenza MGMT or the applicable label may also work with the relevant distributor or platform to address the reported content. Additional information or documentation may be requested to verify ownership or the basis for the removal request.

Submitting a request to Gio Celenza MGMT does not guarantee immediate removal from third-party platforms. Third-party platforms and distributors may have their own copyright policies, review procedures, and response times.

9. Artists and Contributors

Artists, creators, photographers, designers, producers, collaborators, and other contributors may retain rights in personal or independent material they provide to or create for Sisters East Records.

Content created specifically for, on behalf of, or as part of Sisters East may be owned by Sisters Regional in accordance with the applicable organizational structure and agreements.

Where applicable, Sisters East Records may rely on permission, authorization, licensing, collaboration, assignment, or other arrangements to display, promote, distribute, or otherwise use such material.

The specific rights associated with a particular work may depend on the agreement or circumstances surrounding that work.

10. Minors

Some artists, creators, or contributors associated with Sisters East Records may be under the age of 18.

If a minor, parent, legal guardian, or authorized representative has a concern regarding content featuring or relating to a minor, they may contact:

11. No Automatic Transfer of Rights

The publication, display, promotion, or distribution of content through the Website does not automatically transfer ownership of that content to Sisters East Records, Sisters Regional, or Gio Celenza MGMT.

Likewise, the creation or maintenance of the Website by Gio Celenza MGMT does not automatically establish ownership of Sisters East Records, Sisters Regional, the Sisters East creative group, its artists, or their creative works.

Content created specifically for, on behalf of, or as part of Sisters East may be owned by Sisters Regional in accordance with the applicable organizational structure and agreements.

The specific ownership of any work depends on the circumstances surrounding that work and any applicable agreements, licenses, assignments, or transfers.

12. False or Misleading Claims

Please do not submit knowingly false, fraudulent, or misleading copyright or content removal requests.

Requests should be made in good faith and should contain information that is reasonably accurate to the best of the requester's knowledge.

13. Changes to This Policy

This Copyright & Content Removal Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to the Website, Sisters East Records, Sisters Regional, associated projects, or applicable content and rights-management practices.

Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
